School District 33 In Chilliwack- Schools are open but buses are not running.

School District 78 Fraser Cascade- All School are open, buses are running

UFV- All Campuses are open

School District 34 in Abbotsford- The following District schools will be CLOSED to students for Wednesday, February 8th, 2017: Aberdeen Elementary, King Elementary, Mt. Lehman Elementary, Bradner Elementary, Barrowtown Elementary, South Poplar Elementary, Upper Sumas Elementary, Matsqui Elementary and Ross Elementary. Staff attendance is expected. Staff who cannot attend their regular place of work must contact their supervisor. All District buses are cancelled and WILL NOT be operating and transporting students. Our remaining schools and sites are open for students and staff.

ALL Hand in Hand “SCHOOL AGE” Child Care Programs in Abbotsford will be CLOSED this morning.However, preschool and “After School Care” programs will be in operation at their regular scheduled time. Upper Sumas Elementary will be the exception to this as the school building is CLOSED.
