UPDATE: Police Seek the Public’s Help to locate Daniel Ames and Tatyana Hill – Located

This afternoon, a heads-up citizen observed Daniel Ames and Tatyana Hill in West Vancouver and they called 911. Police quickly responded and Tatyana has been safely located. Daniel Ames is currently in custody while the Abbotsford Police continue their investigation. The Abbotsford Police send out a sincere thank you to the media, pubic and alert citizen who helped to locate Tatyana.

Police Seek the Public’s Help to locate Daniel Ames and Tatyana Hill

The Abbotsford Police Department’s Missing Person’s Unit continues to investigate the disappearance of 15-year-old Tatyana Hill.  Tatyana’s disappearance is entirely out of character, creating concern for her family and police.

Investigators believe that Tatyana may be in the company of Daniel Ames, travelling within the Lower Mainland area.

Daniel Ames is a 47-year-old American Citizen described as 5’5, 181lbs with blue eyes and blonde hair.

The police are urging the public to immediately report any sightings of either Mr. Ames or Tatyana to police. If you know their current whereabouts, please call 911. If you have information that may help investigators, please contact the Abbotsford Police at 604-859-5225.

Original Release May 9^th, 2022: Missing Person – Have you seen Tatyana Hill

The Abbotsford Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Tatyana Hill. All attempts to locate her have been unsuccessful, and police are concerned about her wellbeing.

Tatyana was last seen in the 32600 block of Rossland Place at 11 am on the morning of May 6th,2022. Tatyana is described as 5’1, with long blond hair, blue eyes, and braces. No current clothing is known.
