Thursday saw the widest margins in final scores of the entire week of round robin play.

The Wenatchee Wild and Wellington Dukes had a very lopsided game in the afternoon. Another game riddled with penalties, and a final score of 7-1 in favour of the Wild. The win clinched the first place berth for Wenatchee.

There was a tight race for the final spot in the RBC Cup semi finals, happening Saturday at Prospera Centre. With the Duke’s loss in the afternoon, there was a possibility that the Steinbach Pistons could claim the 4th final spot with a win over the Chiefs in the 7 pm game. It was not to be, as the Chilliwack Chiefs claimed a 4-1 win.
