Chilliwack:  RCMP are seeking witnesses to further their investigation into a collision between a motor vehicle and pedestrian in Sardis.

 

On January 26, 2018 at approximately 6 pm police received a report that a pedestrian walking across Vedder Road near Lark Road was struck by a black SUV.  Officers arrived at the scene where they located a 56-year- old man with life threatening injuries.  The pedestrian was taken to hospital by BC Ambulance.

 

“As police continue our investigation we are reaching out to anyone who may have witnessed the collision to contact us,” says Corporal Mike Rail spokesperson for the UFVRD.
