Echo Room in Chilliwack closing down

If we want live music and alcohol, there are still plenty of pubs in Chilliwack, but the last true nightclub in town is shutting down.  The Echo Room on Main St is closing permanently.  The Brooks family, who own the club, say they’re closing due to circumstances beyond their control, but that everything is OK with them.  They’re moving on to their next venture.  The Echo Room opened its doors in 2009.

Statement from the owners:

On behalf of the Brooks family we want to inform everyone that due to circumstances that are beyond our control . Echo Room is now closed .
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone locally, for there support ,over the past past 8 years . we sincerely appreciated it.
