More concerns about mental health care at ARH

Just a couple days after it was announced that an inquest is being launched into the deaths of 3 people involving Abbotsford Regional Hospital, a 4th case has come to light.
All 3 deaths being looked at in the inquest were people who were released from the Abbotsford Hospital mental health unit and then died shortly after. Chester Webb says his wife Christine, who had a long history of depression, was released by the hospital in July of last year, and took her own life 2 days later.
He calls the quality of care his wife received at the hospital “terrifying”.
All Fraser Health is saying right now is that they will look at the recommendations that come out of the inquest, and that anyone with concerns should contact them directly.
