How’d you like to go to work in the morning…get called into a staff meeting…and be told that your annual wage is getting a huge bump UP? That’s what happened recently in Seattle.  The boss decided his employees deserved to have better compensation even though making it happen would cut his personal profits by a huge margin.

He dropped his salary from $1 million to $70,000 so that he could also give his staff approx. $70,000 a year as well. We’re talking about roughly 100 workers…some who had their income double in that staff meeting!

Talk about a feel good story!
